‘By reference’ includes the agreements to the terms and conditions of all venues that are in participation with MyBull.

‘Site’ and ‘Website’ means www.mybull.co.uk.

‘Our’ ‘We’ and ‘Ourselves’ means Updates Media Limited.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions and will notify you by uploading the most up-to-date version to our website.

MyBull keyring is not a toy and is not suitable or designed for children.

Unless otherwise stated, MyBull keyring promotions are valid as per the description on the MyBull website. Discounts may not be available in conjunction with any other offer. Please check details on the website.

To receive the discounts outlined on our website, a valid MyBull keyring must be presented at the point of sale. A valid MyBull keyring is:

– In possession of MyBull owner.

– Only valid up to and including the expiry date engraved on MyBull. Where the date shown is the last day of that month. (i.e. 08/18 is valid up to and including 31st August 2018).

A MyBull keyring is strictly non-transferable.

Your keyring may take 14 working days to be delivered from the time you place the order online.
During this time, you’re able to use your confirmation email received from MyBull (Updates Media Limited) until your keyring is delivered. Your email will be valid for 14 working days from initial purchase.
You must also take valid ID to prove that you are rightfully in possession of the MyBull keyring.

MyBull (Updates Media Limited), or any of the directors/employees are not liable for any damage, injury or death that the MyBull keyring may cause.

MyBull is strictly for people over the age of 18 and must not be purchased by anyone below this age.

MyBull may contain sharp edges and therefore must be kept away from minors at all times.

If you use a discount code online, you must still produce your valid MyBull keyring at reception/point of sale upon arrival. If you’re unable to produce a valid MyBull keyring, you will have to pay full price.

We reserve the right to amend our membership prices at any time.

MyBull acts as a promoter of the promotions and discounts brought by our partners. We cannot be held liable in any way for the failure of one or all of our partners to deliver what has been offered to a member within any part of MyBull.

Usage of a MyBull keyring that does not belong to you is strictly forbidden. MyBull keyring holders may not transfer, trade or sell a MyBull keyring to another person. Similarly, MyBull keyring holders may not sell, trade or otherwise promote any promotion or offer to the general public on trading platforms or third party websites.

Businesses offering a promotion with MyBull reserve the right to deny a MyBull holder on a discretionary basis should they doubt its validity.

We will ensure that any offer subject to an expiry date is listed on our website. Please check before planning your visit or using a promotion/offer. We endeavour to update our website and social media as reasonably as possible with regards to promotions and participating venues.

We are not liable for any outdated discounts or misinformation that may appear online or on printed material. This information may have been based on previous discounts.

We are not liable for the removal of any participating venues. Similarly, MyBull keyring holders have the benefit of additional participating venues which may sign up at a later date.

Holders of a MyBull keyring recognise and accept that they visit any participating partners entirely at their own risk on a voluntary basis.

MyBull (Updates Media Limited), can’t guarantee immediate access to participating venues. Booking in advance may be required. We, therefore, recommend contacting the venue ahead of visiting.

Opening times of participating partner venues change from time to time and MyBull keyring holders are advised to check with the venue in question prior to visiting.

In the event of a lost, stolen and/or damaged MyBull keyring, we (Updates Media Limited) will re-issue a replacement MyBull keyring subject to a maximum of two replacements per person per year.

A lost, stolen and/or damaged MyBull keyring should immediately be reported to us by contacting [email protected]

Replacement keyrings will only be issued upon receipt of the original email confirmation by us (Updates Media Limited). The reissue of a lost/damaged or stolen keyring will also be subject to a £8 re-issue fee. Stolen keyrings can be claimed for free if the holder can provide us (Updates Media Limited) with a relevant crime reference number when requesting that the keyring is re-issued.

We are not responsible for the promotion of the over consumption of alcoholic beverages and we make all MyBull Keyring holders aware of the ‘Drink Aware’ campaigns.

These terms and conditions, and any agreement entered into in connection with the same shall be interpreted in accordance with the English law and subject the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
